Ms. Blazer is an Associate General Counsel at ZCG and a member of the Investment Team, where she is responsible for fund formation and solutions, including the structuring, offering, and management of ZCG’s private equity, credit, and infrastructure funds. She also supports firmwide legal and compliance initiatives and collaborates with portfolio company management teams on service agreements and other commercial and relationship agreements.
Prior to joining ZCG, Ms. Blazer held the position of Assistant Vice President at Blackstone, Inc. (“Blackstone”), where she supported the Blackstone Infrastructure Partners business by drafting and negotiating commercial, relationship, and services agreements and providing strategic advice on compliance with legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations.
Prior to Blackstone, Ms. Blazer was an Associate Attorney in the Investment Funds Group of Kirkland & Ellis LLP, where she represented private equity sponsors across a diverse range of investment strategies in connection with fund formation and transactional matters.
Ms. Blazer holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania Law School with a Certificate in Management from the Wharton School. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Business, Organizations & Society from Franklin & Marshall College. Ms. Blazer is admitted to the New York State Bar.
