Mr. Cason is a Principal & Head of Capital Formation at ZCG, where he is responsible for leading the execution of new fund launches, capital raising, institutional client solutions & co-investments, placement agent coordination, as well as the development of private wealth channels and new and existing relationships across the ZCG platforms.

Prior to joining ZCG, Mr. Cason was a Vice President with Campbell Lutyens & Co. (“Campbell Lutyens”) with the global fund placement team, where he focused on fundraising execution for fund manager clients across private equity, private credit, and infrastructure.

Prior to joining Campbell Lutyens, Mr. Cason was an Associate with Perella Weinberg Partners asset management group (“Perella Weinberg”), where he was dedicated to the marketing of infrastructure, energy, and sustainable investment strategies.

Prior to Perella Weinberg, Mr. Cason began his career with upstream energy company, Concho Resources.

Mr. Cason holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Energy Management from the University of Tulsa and received his Master of Business Administration from Columbia Business School.
