Ms. Batter is an Associate with the Capital Formation Team at ZCG, where she is responsible for conducting research and analysis to support all aspects of fundraising, investor relations, and corporate development across ZCG platforms.

Prior to joining ZCG, Ms. Batter was a Private Equity Associate at Spire Capital (“Spire”), where she was responsible for transaction execution, new investment acquisition and portfolio management.

Prior to Spire, Ms. Batter was an Analyst at Jefferies within the Leveraged Finance group. Here she raised capital for corporate and institutional clients by structuring, marketing, and selling debt instruments to investors, advising on the implementation of optimal syndication strategies.

Ms. Batter holds a Bachelor of Arts (cum laude) in Psychological Brain Science with a minor in Markets, Management & the Economy from Dartmouth College.
