ZCG-Backed Apex Hospitality’s Daily Racing Form Expands Print Distribution Through Agreements with American Wagering and Boyd Gaming
New agreements reinforce Daily Racing Form’s leadership in racing data and print media, expanding presence across casinos, racetracks, and retail locations
LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE), April 30, 2026 — Daily Racing Form (“DRF”), a subsidiary of Affinity Interactive and a brand within the Apex Hospitality platform backed by Z Capital Group, LLC (“ZCG”), today announced new multi-year print distribution agreements with American Wagering, Inc. and Boyd Gaming Corporation, further expanding its presence across key gaming and racing markets.
The agreements, executed on March 16, 2026, and March 25, 2026, respectively, establish DRF as the exclusive provider of past performances and print racing publications across a broad network of casino and racebook locations.
Under the agreement with American Wagering, DRF will distribute its publications across a network of Las Vegas-area casinos and affiliated properties, including major destinations such as Caesars Palace, Harrah’s Las Vegas, and Planet Hollywood, among others.
Similarly, the agreement with Boyd Gaming provides for exclusive distribution across several of its Las Vegas properties, including Gold Coast, Orleans, and Sam’s Town.
Together, these agreements significantly expand DRF’s retail footprint, reinforcing its position as the leading provider of racing data and print publications in the industry.
Daily Racing Form currently produces 21 distinct editions distributed across racetracks, casinos, and retail outlets nationwide, with approximately six million copies circulated annually, making it the largest racing publication organization in the world. The expansion further strengthens DRF’s role as a critical data and information provider in a sport where real-time analytics and performance insights are central to the customer experience.
“These agreements reinforce Daily Racing Form’s leadership position in the racing ecosystem,” said James J. Zenni, Founder, President, and Chief Executive Officer of ZCG. “As demand for high-quality data and insights continues to grow, DRF’s ability to deliver trusted, actionable information at scale, across both print and digital channels, remains a key differentiator. We are pleased to support the continued expansion of its distribution network and its role at the center of the racing experience.”
The agreements build on DRF’s recent momentum, including its December 2025 partnership with Churchill Downs Incorporated to provide printed racing products across its properties, marking a significant step in the continued evolution of the racing ecosystem. The renewed collaboration comes at a pivotal time for the industry, ahead of marquee events including the Kentucky Oaks and Kentucky Derby, taking place on May 1st and 2nd, 2026.
The expansion of DRF’s print distribution is part of Apex Hospitality’s broader strategy to enhance customer engagement across its integrated platform.
Through Affinity Interactive, DRF operates within a scaled omni-channel platform that supports innovation across retail, digital, and on-property experiences.
