Ms. Oatis is an Associate at ZCG, where she is responsible for conducting research and analysis to support all aspects of fundraising, investor relations, and corporate development across ZCG platforms.

Prior to joining ZCG, Ms. Oatis was an Analyst within the Capital Formation group at Aviditi Advisors (“Aviditi”), where she advised and managed all aspects of capital raising across multiple primary private equity mandates.

Prior to Aviditi, Ms. Oatis was an Investment Banking Analyst within the Regional Investment Banking group at Wells Fargo Securities, where she focused on M&A and regional coverage of public and private companies in the middle market.

Ms. Oatis holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University.
